Job Description:
- Reporting to the Operations Manager
- Collecting, Vetting, Scanning. Filing and signing Learnership Agreements and documents
- Collecting, Inputting and Ensuring company Database is updated
- Scheduling and Preparing of Events, Internal and External Meetings/Appointments.
- Interacting and Building Relationships with Current and New clients.
- Liaising with SETA’s.
- Submitting high volumes of Funding Applications to SETA’s.
- Submitting high volumes of Learning programme Documentations from Clients to SETA’s
- Collection of Personal Information
- Processing and Auditing to ensure all is correct.
- Final Submission to SETA with Adherence to their Deadlines.
- Assisting the Operations Manager when required.
- Processing and Tracking of Legal Agreements with the Legal Department
- Providing Client Liaison when required.
- Liaison between Sales, Operations and Legal Departments
- Processing and responding to high volume of emails.
- Assisting Peers and Other Departments if required.
- Oversee the new project Handover from Sales to Ops Visiting Clients with BDM’s when required to sign documents
- Attending Orientation to compile and sign Documents
