It has been an incredible, 12-month learning journey. Powered by the Insurance Institute of Gauteng (IIG) and fully customised by GIFS, the Short-Term Insurance (NQF 5) programme combined mentorship from extraordinary STI trailblazers and subject specialists with industry experience-driven knowledge, skills, and competencies.

Empowered with future-fit skills and training, the graduates can now unlock new career pathways and pave the way for a brighter future for themselves and their loved ones.

From an industry perspective, the 2020 IIG Academic Programme has fuelled talent pipeline development by grooming future leaders within the Short-Term Insurance sector.
