Why we love collaborative partnerships

American industrialist and business heavyweight, Henry Ford, famously said, “Coming together is the beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.”

At GIFS, we love collaborative partnerships. Not just because research has shown over and over again that teams working towards a common goal achieve a higher level of success than individuals working in silos, but because we truly believe in the old adage, “Two heads are better than one.” In short, magic happens when more minds work together, especially when it comes to innovation and productivity.

As our Green Team works towards creating a better Africa for others to inherit, we do so in an environment that allows us to harvest and supercharge the various strengths within our team. But such collaboration isn’t just in-house.

GIFS partners with like-minded organisations who are equally driven to making a powerful, impactful difference. One such organisation is MiWay who, earlier this year (April 2019), received two prestigious awards from GIFS. The Organisation of the Year Award and the Key Contributor to Skills Development Award recognised MiWay’s exceptional contributions to the Financial Services Sector.
